Skid Plate help

I have the gearbox skidplate from Atlantic British. I tried sunday to install it. Managed to get the rear support on but the front support that mounts to the lower mount for the middle crossmember won't fit. Any ideas what to do?

Pics? I know when I helped Ken install his frame sliders in Paragon we had to pry things a bit to get them to fit.

Well got it installed today along with a new water pump that I didn't know was on its way out and finaly got the leaking T-case fixed. What a good day. Spent all of it at Trevor's shop too. It took bending the frame mounts back into somewhat of a normal position for the front bracket to mount up. Nothing better than watching someone take a cutting torch to the truck to have you woried.
