Silicon Hose kit for 300 Tdi

I am tired of the coolant leaks and tightening hose clamps, only for them to leak somewhere else. The worst offender is the one with a million T's in it and twice as many clamps, I think it's the lower intercooler hose but it's too cold for me to go outside and look. This kit replaces that hose with a one piece hose.

Anyone used this kit/supplier and have any feedback.

Is there a better kit out there?

I'd be intersted in a group buy for the coolant hoses.

I upgraded the intercooler hoses to silicone (they are blue, but i forget the supplier)

Also, I'd replace all clamps with marine-grade stainless ($$$). Just don't buy through the rippoff artists at West Marine (they will be $$$$).

Heard back from supplier. Kit costs $250 + shipping. Group buy would be less but need to know how many folks are really interested and what colors to get the price break.

Color choices are: Black, blue and red.

Takes about 2 weeks from the UK to US and then however long it takes to get from me to you. Part of the group buy discount is that I will handle the individual shipments not the supplier.

Part # is HK-LRK002C

That's a 2 dollar price hike from the current price on their web site. 155 pounds today = 248 dollars. Does this include the clamps too maybe?

I may order one now just to put it on my Tdi while it's apart from the Timing Belt fiasco.

You guys should check prices on a US website called Silicon Intakes or something close, before you pull the trigger. Looks like they have better prices.
