Shipping tires and rims

I am selling some Swampers and rims and was wondering if anyone knew the best way or company to use for shpping. The wheel set has Tire Equalizer in them so I don't want to take the tires off the rims. Each wheel is heavy so UPS if prolly out of the question. If you have shipped or had wheels shipped to you please post up what shipper was used.

Thanks for any and all help.

After recently doing this through Fed-X freight, which worked out well, I have heard the best method is to contact bus lines and they can ship considerably cheaper. Never done it, but have heard this. Good luck!

Contact your local freight shipping agent in town. They can handle it.

I shipped a wheel once via UPS but it didn't have a tire attached. I have also heard that bus or truck is significantly cheaper, especially for longer distances.

I had UPS ship me some 31x12.5 Boggers, you just tape the label on them and kick em out the door. But I think it would be much cheaper to put them on a pallet/skid and put them on a truck.
Don't forget to Search first then ask questions later! The loose nut behind the wheel
