ship old transmission to UK

Any idea what is the best way to ship transmission to UK?

The only gearbox of any value as far as I know is the Series 3. Colin Whitehouse pays around 75 UKP for them. The LT77 and R380 are plentiful. The only reason I send them back is he is just down the road from where we work on bikes in the UK.
