series dash in D110

this is a photo of my 110 that is on its way from Canada. The PO installed a series dash.

Im looking for ideas on how to finish it.

I do like the spartan look of the series dashboard.

the last photo is an original sample.

Might be a series bulkhead? Has a series split windshield.

Id like to use the series dash in the D110 thats already installed. Im thinking I should add/fabricate a top dash portion under the windshield. Im going with all new gauges so not trying to be original at all. just looking for ides to have a simple series looking dash.

The series dash (the metal part that sticks out) is the one part that does not rust much. If memory serves me, tdiguy grafted one on his defender bulkhead in his hybrid project. It is just spot welds. You could probably find one from an otherwise rusted series II/IIa bulkhead for little money which would be 10x easier than fabbing.

No, that is just the vent assembly. Maybe I am not understanding what you are trying to do. Is the first or second pic your truck?

Hey I saw that 110 project locally. The guy you bought it from was selling an armoured 110 that I was looking at. You may already know but he has a build thread on roverlanders web site under forums build/ projects section. His handle is unimogfever

I was hoping to buy that 110 but only got one e-mail reply from the seller, and that was it.

I'd try and get an actual series dash to cut and paste into whatever you've already got as others have said.
