We have some replacement foam from Exmoor in stock. We are also going to be placing another order for the replacement covers for the NAS models. The cushion foam is priced at $80.00 as is the backrest foam.

So you are saying that a marine shop will spend an hour grinding away at a piece of foam with the shop rate at probably $65.00 per hour plus materials, instead of making the big bucks making enclosures for a sport fishermans boat? Must be hard times.

they`ll do it, but definitely not for less than the cost of an Exmoor seat foam. That, and the updated Exmoor foam is pretty quality stuff.

As a side note, the Exmoor site states
Quote:
"This is not a cut foam like other suppliers. This is a cold cured moulded foam that will out last all others! Guaranteed."
Seems like this is high quality (and the price seems right; not sure what shipping cost would add to that).

FYI, I just ordered some replacement foams and seat covers from Chris at Badger. He gets them from Exmoor and I believe he will be better to deal with from a service point of view (not a knock on Exmoor but they are across the pond.)

We use the parts from Badger. They are good quality.
You can see them in action here:

ECR is not a parts source. We are not in the mail order business.

High quality like my factory foam that seems to be trickling out of the seat bottoms each time I sit on it?

Nah, much better. I recently replaced my seat foams and covers with Exmoor stuff as my seats were doing the same thing. Excellent quality and easy to do. I definitely sit higher now. Shove some seat heaters in there while you're at it.

You know, it took me years to figure out the source of that mysterious "sand" collecting under my seat.
