Sealing leaks in a 5 door 110

Just picked up a 1985 5 door 110 station wagon for the wife and previous owner had a problem with leaks from the sunroof and rear sliding windows (and possibly alpine windows too). Has anyone successfully sealed on of these bad boys up ? Is the weather striping around the furthermost rear sliding windows separate from the window assembly (replaceable) Similar to that of fixed glass in the Defender 90 fiberglass tops ? I'm thinking everything rubber must be replaced and siliconed , any other tips or tricks for success ?

oh jesus christ, if you figure out a successful sunroof leaking strategy please post back.
when I got my 90 it was sealed with silicone from the outside (non-functional sunroof). I unsealed it and did the best I could to fix leaks with weatherstripping (foam rubber) silicone and vaseline, its definitely slower, but my seat is soaked if it rains overnight...

Put a large baking sheet/pan on the center storage box and pray that it doesn't rain too much.
