Ok thanks everyone. I'm just going to drink a lot of beer and dive in. How hard can it be? I'll update everything in my build thread.

Yeah I saw that but not a lot of pic by pic instructions. I will try and do a better pic by pic installation on my build thread. Just updated some info tonight.

That's the way to do it! Measure twice, measure again, then cut.

Just to close up this thread, I completed the install and consolidated the info in the "smaller projects" forum. Link

do you plan to put the headliner back in? how hard would it be with a existing headliner - I assume you would need to cut just the 2 points where it goes through the roof?

where did you source the roll cage

Great looking cage. Wonder why they don't make it without the rear window cross section. Its nice but for daily use I could see wanting those bars out.

I have no plans to put the headliner back in. It was the first thing I pulled off, along with the floor mats, when I got the truck. I prefer to run it bare so any condensation can easily evaporate. It rains a lot in Florida. Paul Clay has the same cage in his and he has the La Salle trim. He says it is doable, just more difficult. Link.

I got the cage from SafariHP.

Barry, you can remove the crossbars in the rear but since I am never back there it doesn't really matter to me. I am pretty sure they increase the structural integrity of the cage.
