Scorpion Bumperettes w/ Shrockworks Tire Carrier?

I`ve got a Shrockworks tire carrier, and I was just wondering if any of you know if the Scorpion rear bumperettes will work with it?

The only thing you need to cut is the "rest". The small piece that supports the carrier when closed.
