also noticed a lot of nas 110s suffered engine fires due to oil cooler lines, but then get fully restored. Does this translate into a salvaged vehicle or title? Does it hurt value even if professionally restored?

Everything effects the value ... It's a balance ... Salvage title bad. Restoration good. There is no magic value formula.
