I would recommend Roverland in San Francisco. Phillipe services my D90 and other Rovers. IMO, he is honest, explains the work he does and charges a reasonable price. He also owns at least five rovers, including a 110.
Here's his contact info:
Roverland

San Francisco, CA 94134

I have used http://cerronesons.com/ and was more than happpy. Frank, one of the owners has a 94 D90 with a 4.6 and a ton of other stuff done to it. They are not cheap but when it comes to Rovers who is. They are cheaper than going to a LR dealer. The lrrforums I think is there web site but I dont know much about it. They do work on my old 90 that I sold to one of there customers and did a lot of work to one of my 110's that I bought from one of there customers.

Cerrone's is the best in the area. Call Tony or Frank at 650-365-4145.
