Sagging doors

Not that the 94 defender doors were ever at the "rolling ballbearing" level, mine have now regressed to a double clump clunk due to sagging. Lift at edge of door while opened is in the 1-2 inch range.

Apreciate any suggestions / leads and like to go stainless for hardware.

Thanks in advance

Have you checked any of the bolts for tightness and attempted to adjust the doors at all?

That was my first thought as well, check the easy stuff. Bolts and shims are tight.

With as much play as there is I'm assuming bushings

Wow, that's a lot of play dude. I'm amazed that much is possible. I'd say your hinges are toast. Post some pics...
