Bumping this up to ask if anyone has ever used/installed these. Are they a good replacement for the plastic ones? Fitment issues?

tons of people have them. you'd have to notch out for your belts in a ST though.

Oh yeah that's right the 1994s didn't have the cut-outs for the rear belt like the later models had.

Here's what the soft top ST rear speaker boxes housings look like



vs. a regular station wagon SW stock speaker boxes looked like.



and I know I've seen people (maybe CDeWan ?) with SW speaker housings in their ST.

Yeah my old man's 90 has the SW speaker boxes in his soft top.

I really hate to say i threw my rear speaker boxes away back in 2004. Wish i kept em now.
