Safari HP NAS Intake hose prototype

Stopped by Safari yesterday and was thrilled to learn they are going to begin producing replacement plenum hoses for NAS trucks. I was even lucky enough to bring home a prototype since the one on my 97 90 was in rough shape.. Pleased to report it fits great.

Yes ..I'm told 60 days... some refinements are being made to the tooling and then they are going to do a run of them

Hmm. Exhaust hose. Makes sense given how hot it is under the hood, but does it have the strength not to collapse under the engine generated vacuum?
