Rubber 5 bar Mat material

Has any body tried this stuff ? Was thinking it would make a great bed mat for the old 130. The bare aluminum is too slick for dogs etc

http://www.rubbercal.com/Diamond_Grip_Picture.html

comes in 3mm and 6mm thick

I was going to order some before I got a mat from Brazil. If you just need a perfect rectangle I think it would be good as it matches the LR look.

Might want to double sided tape it down

Nope, but I use a "Flexgard Multi Use Utility Mat" from Tractor Supply in the back of my series rig. 1/4" thick and ribbed for pleasure, just like the factory mat but way thicker.

In the mid-'90s I bought some similar material from Eastwood. Worked great for the dogs.

Doug. I have. It works great. Rubber has a strong smell that doesn't go away. I guess it will be OK in the 130 since the bed is separate from the cab. Shoot me a PM with your address and I'll mail you a piece.

I ordered this style from RubberCal........the 3x4 fits perfectly......I like this better than the 5-bar.

This mat is 12 mm thick!!! It does stink to high heaven but it seems to be slowly fading.

This stuff is indestructible and it does seem to make the loadspace a bit more quiet.
