RR Classic multifunction unit

I'm trying to swap out Mfu on 95 classic
I do not know how to remove 2 plugs on back. I'm not sure what to do with the tab above these plugs. Do you push the tab in or pull it up. I have no previous experience and I do not want to do harm. Hard to see in there

Anyone mind helping me with these plugs and the rest of the procedure

Thanks

I want to say it's like a typical telephone or DSL cable. You pinch it with the cable and wiggle it out until it releases. Sometimes these cables can be stubborn though.
