Rplacing a tub side?

I am looking to replace the tubside on my 94. I have the replacement tubside. What all is involved? Is this a project best left for a good body shop?

I have a air spot weld drill and it knocks those things out very quickly. Unless you want the tubside to have faux spot welds, you can do it yourself.
