Roverdrive

Does anybody know what the gear ratio of a roverdrive is? Trying to figure final drive ratio on Ashcroft with the roverdrive.

From ... http://roamerdrive.com/

"With a Global Roamer overdrive installed, your Land Rover will lope along with engine revolutions reduced by 28% while saving fuel, reducing drive train wear and resulting in much quieter more relaxed highway driving."

If I can still subtract, I'd say that the "RoamerDrive" is a 0.72:1 deal

Wow when you put it like that in such simple terms it make me wonder why I didn't see that. Thank you.

I would also check wether the OD will work in the Ashcroft case since the input gear is different and the intermediate gear is in a different place.
