Reverse light NOT working

hey guys, I searched the forum and didn't come up with a solid conclusion to this small issue. My reverse light on my 110 doesn't turn on when put in reverse on my R380 trans. I tested and theres NO 12 volt power going to the light. Sorry if this is a redundant topic, just need trouble shooting steps to eradicate this issue.

Detail:
1993 110 with R380 trans, no voltage to the reverse light.

Thanks for your help.

Is there power going to the switch on the transmission?
If so, then you need a new switch.
If not, your problem is between the fuse box and the switch.

How do you test the transmission switch, thank you.

Unplug the switch. One of the two contacts on the wires running TO the switch will be constantly hot with the ignition key in the run position. Use a volt meter and check to see if you have 12v. If you do (which is my guess) you will need a new switch.
Part # AMR3918
$11.64 plus shipping from Rovahfarm

If you don't, then keep tracing the wiring back to the fuse box.
