I'm totally loving the purple. I had an eggplant colored RR that looked almost black in the shade and kind of purple-ish under the sun. This bad girl is not that -- she's girl-power purple.

Good job Cherie taking control of the situation, shutting up all the haters and showing people here that someone is willing to stand up for what they believe in.

If you do change it I would go purple. Throwing white into the mix with the black cage is way too many colors.

I do find it funny you want to keep it as original as possible by keeping it RHD but will literally change everything else. Sorta like Wolf using a NAS 90 badge on his 110 build.

I was going to say the same thing... this truck will bear zero resemblance to your original truck so why not switch to LHD?.. it will be worth substantially more than an RHD purple truck

I actually prefer RHD and have yet to meet anyone that owned one that didn't enjoy them as well.

I agree.

I intentionally used a ROW truck for my build because I don't want it original in any way. I want a modern version.

Have you heard of Singer Porsche's? $600K restomod 964's. They are incredible in every way. Classic "look" but totally modernized.

Agreed Clay, but ya gotta admit a LHD one sells at a premium (and quicker) here in 'Merica

Very true. But here in 'Merica conversions run rich. A recent quote from the guys at Independent in Bethesda on behalf of a guy interested in buying this beautiful RHD110.

$10K to start.

As they were already doing a ground up restoration, it would have cost very little to convert.
