Report of ride height & ground clearance gains after mods

I did a lot of research on this site when I was researching tire and suspension options. As such, I am posting some raw data from mods here for posterity in the hopes someone else finds it in a search. If you have similar data, please post up for others.

Truck: 1986 110 SW 2.5 NA

'Stock' with standard springs & 235/85R16 tires

Rear X member lowest point: 52 cm
Middle of slider: 53 cm
Middle of frame: 35 cm
Front bumper, lowest point: 46 cm
Front diff : 25 cm
rear diff : 24 cm

'Stock' with standard springs and 255/85r16 BFG Km2 tires

Rear bumper: 55 cm
Middle slider: 56 cm
Middle frame: 40 cm
Front bumper: 50 cm
Front diff: 27 cm

Stock with OME HD front, MD rear and the Km2s

Rear bump 58cm
Middle slider 58cm
Front bumper 52cm

Has the 2.5na drive performance dropped significantly around town with the 255's? I assume you have a 1.6 tc. Really like the stance your truck has. Looks great.

Thanks! I have not noticed performance drop with the tires... But significant issues with all the weight of the cage and ARB. Hence the upcoming OM617 upgrade!
