Replacement Soft Top

Have a 94 D90 and need a replacement top. Looking for advice on the better option - Badger II or the Rovers North replacement top. Thanks

Do you have a snap setup?

If you have the snaps, you have to get a belt rail to go with either of those two tops.
If you don't want to do the conversion, pretty much have to go with an original Tickford top for the 94 ST.

I don't have a Badger top, but what I've seen on other rigs, it is top notch and the way to go.

Get a Badger...and seriously consider the Gutter Kit.

I have two badger tops (half cab and a badger I). Nothing better out there than a badger if you have the money. I definitely recommend the gutter kit as well. Keeps me (relatively) dry all winter in tahoe

Don't buy RN top - its fit and quality is nothing compared to the Badger. It also happens to be a cheap copy.

Badger I would be my choice, in black. RN does not fit as well and is not as nice. Badger II I just prefer the badger I style better.

The cost of a Badger I FDS and the Rovers North top is not much different. The Badger GK top versions are almost $1000.00 more.

Badger all the way. It's an excellent choice. I love mine:

Chris

Do you have solid sides?

Does your truck still have the snaps?

I have a gutter kit badger and love it but would love if my truck had a tickford.

Chris,

Can you email me some shots of your vehicle with the Badger top on it to me?

I do have solid sides. I'm crazy like that.

I pulled out the snaps and rivited on the rails. Much better system.

Hey Barry, the old school way is tie down tabs with rope.

I'd rather have ropes than snaps.

Still can't believe you think carpet in a soft top is a good idea. For shame!

I would have been ok if the 94s had lift-a-dot fasteners, but snaps are downright cheap & lame.
