You should do whatever Pendy recommends.

I think a new one with IC is going to be 600+, so if you IC is good, you might be money ahead to have the current one recored. I've had good luck with recores from good shops.

Thats what I paid for my new 300 rad/IC combo way back when, I just assumed the'd be similarly priced and higher by now. It came from RDS.

I'm running a RN aftermarket one and have been happy with it. Truck runs right @ 180 degree's. Less than $300

You will be money ahead to get the Allisport stage 1 intercooler. Best to recore the radiator you have. If you do not have a radiator I can have one built from a core. I may have a leftover stock intercooler as well. This is a good time to spend money on the project though. Instead of going cheap and having problems in the near future.

Do what Cheney says!

Is there something special about the 200TDI radiator? Seems expensive

send me the dimensions of it. I had my Disco done with a HD core for about $265 and that included adding a drain cock. If you want I can get a quote here. Even with shipping I'm sure it would be less than $400.

I bought one from pendy with the oil cooling line delete, I've never seen the needle go past midway through the gauge since it handles the three thousand feet in 8 miles at 55 mph no problem
