Replacement Bolt Question

Need to fit a rockware rear pinion guard using the existing threaded holes in the rear diff casing. Any idea the length, thread and pitch of the bolt I need?? Thanks. I tried calling Rock Ware today, got no answer...

They are a goofy thread size and pitch like 8.5 mm or something. Mark gave me the two bolts when I got my pinion guard and told me not to loose them. They were only available at the dealer. That is where he got them.

Yeah, they're really hard to find. I can't remember the size, but you could probably order them from the UK if you find the exact size.

They are British standard, maybe 3/8x20TPI. If you can't find them, drill out the threads and retap for 7/16 AF
