Removing Main Wiring Harness

What is the best way to get the main center wiring harness out of the bulkhead where it goes through the hole in the center? ...other than a chainsaw...

push the grommet into the inside and feed the harness and plugs through the large hole where the grommet was. Only goes one way, the fuse box size wont allow it to feed the other way

Should I just cut that big fat rubber grommet? It is angry with me.

Try warming the grommet with a hairdryer or very carefully with a heatgun. You can put some soap and water on it too to help it slide out.

Yeah...don't cut it...I've used dull screwdrivers to push grommets in and out. Or any blunt instrument.

Well... It was 36 degrees in the garage.....

I warmed it a bit, then just yanked on the whole harness to "suck" it through.

Thanks.
