removing after market rock sliders

Has anyone ever removed these after market rock sliders before? i'm attempting to take them off to powdercoat as part of my resto project on my 94 NAS D90. I know that the inner steel tube goes into the frame quite a ways, but i'm hung up on one bolt that the front of the slider mounts to. Tried backing it out and it's pretty seized up. any thoughts or advice would be great! Not sure on the manufacturer, but I'm thinking they are by Safari Guard.

And support the bulkhead. You remove that bolt and it will move.
