Stand up AC units in our shop... will only use 1, but need to choose.
The hot discharge from the AC unit will exhaust through a dryer vent installed in one of the small rear windows on the side of the rear door (replaced with plexiglass.
Custom Mercedes oil pans shown in the foreground that just happened to be sitting there awaiting packing and shipping.

Finally had some time to take the measurements for the fixed 250 AMP (3000 watt) alternator bracket and should be able to turn out a prototype next week...

We have had monsoon rain here so it is hampering any outdoor activities.
4 days of steady participation with over a foot of accumulation...
The by-pass intersection was flooded with 5ft of water.
Drove over the hill and through the grass to get on the bypass... waved to the police as I drove around the roadblocks on the way to "the real job"...

All work is inside for the past 4 and the next 2 days when it should finally be "dry".

Machinist dropped the mount for the 250 Amp alternator.
Turned out really nice.
Pictures are of the trial fit on the same type Isuzu 4JB1-T, but this engine is in the workshop.
Will install it with 2 fan belts and will also install a new power steering pump at the same time.
Probably won't get it installed in time for MAR because it will require rerouting the intercooler hoses, but we'll see.

In late September got the AC installed and it worked really well.
Drove all the way to Uwharrie wearing a sweater inside with the outside temp in the 90s and inside in the high 60s.
Why?
Because we could!

After the ride in Doug's Turbo Perentie, my second favorite part of Uwharrie was this whole truck & setup.
