Recovering dash panels & custom D90 dashes

As part of my D90 rebuild I'm converting to LHD, have all the dash panels but as there ex-mod & 80's vintage the vinyl is pritty battered & going brittle.

Has anyone recovered the dash themself or had it done ? Pics ?

Other option is a custom aluminium dash, have quite a few pic's of ones in challenge & comp vehicles but not any from daily drivers that have kept the heating & fresh air ventilation usable for daily driving.

Anyone got pic's..... suggestions ?

Cheers,
Andy

I looked at the custom route; and it just ended up being too much cost/effort. If you're doing the lower cowl and the upper top, many leather upholstery shops could cover them for you; I believe it's called 'wrapping'. I'm going to have to do the same for a Series III that I'm working on at the moment. The vinyl on that one has turned to brittle plastic.
