Lastly, when looking at the connectors, the are multiple (1 or 2) pin recepticles. Why?
Does anyone know the answer to these two questions?

To partially answer this question (i think), there are multiple connectors because the wiring harness comes out up the frame, up to the one side, and then feeds both the third brake light and the other side lights from that harness. So you have a "sub-harness" going back down and across the rear cross member and up into the other side.

OK. So do you think the third brake light connectors would plug into one of those open connectors or into the stop lamp connector (which has two open spots) with the green/purple wires?

Thanks but I don't think that has the electrical diagrams for a 94 NAS; just the 97 NAS which is quite different. I did a more extensive search of this site and believe that the "amended 1993 D110 workshop manual" may have electrical info on the 94 NAS. I may even have a copy of that manual on my Heritage Centre CD and will check that out tonight.
