rear 1995 SW wiring question

Hello Board!

Took a chance and plugged it into the "connector" you see.

Now rear brake door light works...feel like an idiot but did not want to fry a harness...

Related to towing provided unswitched power to a "caravan" aka Towable trailer RC. Great for extra power outlets etc.
A friend of mine runs a land rover / range rover specialty repair shop. Based on his experience, they are capable of stopping anywhere, anytime, at any cost.

I don't know about the brakes, only their unreliability.
