Re-installing the roof

I am reinstalling the roof after several months and something is not right where the B pillar meets the roof. What is supposed to fill this gap? When I tightened the bolts down it looks like it actually put a dip in the roof gutter. Is there supposed to be a spacer here? The interior holes line up. Any advice is appreciated.

You're supposed to have a little section of rubber channel there, just a piece of the seal between the roof sides and the top. Often, the roof side seals come as a full-length piece as intended for a 2-door 110 hardtop and you can just cut off some extra.
