re-installing the factory manual antenna

My 1995 came with the flexible black antenna. I prefer OEM and found a new one on ebay. How difficult is this install? Any advice and how much time should I allow?

by that I mean, the previous owner put the black flexible antenna on it.

Best advice is take your time and post photos!
