Range rover front window problem

was driving back home yesterday and smelled something burning and now my driver side window wont roll down. i pulled the door panel off and noticed the door motor smoking i put a test light on both wires for the motor and one stays on continuously i replaced the motor but that one started smoking as well. Im thinking a Relay? if it is a relay then where do i look for it?

Thanks in advance

Window relays are in the center console. Relays usually fail closed.
