Radio Antenna Help

Hey guys,

The radio antenna on my '97 D90 is busted - I was wondering if you could recommend any antennas that give you good reception but don't stick out like 30 inches (unless those are the only ones that work well). Has anyone had any experience with the little shark fins, or are they absolute garbage?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks a lot,

Kobzya

You'll have to do some adapting but it's a great antenna. Wire in an extra switch, and it'll retract for the brush, while still listening to your AUX input

The stock unit is cheap enough. I think RN has them.

Idk if this is the case with the other NAS90's but my 97 antenna requires a dog leg fitting at the back of the unit. Make sure what you go with can accommodate this or you plan ahead for a workaround.

I've got one I took off my 97 if you are trying to keep it stock. I probably cut the wire a little too short, but if you think you can make it work, you can have it. Part of my New Years resolution to reduce my parts stockpile...
