Radiator recore options

D-90 gurus I need some help. I have removed my radiator after a few overheating issues. The radiator is in piss poor shape and needs to be recored, but I have no ideas or knowledge of what to request so the redone radiator functions better then new.
3 or 4 core? Or 5?
Fin type and orientation?
Increased width?
Any suggestions?

Upgraded my 97' to a 4 core. Has ran great with no overheating issues. It was installed about 5 years ago and I think it cost under $200. He is also familiar with Rovers.
