Radiator cores

I need to have my 200tdi Radiator recored, which I believe was a 3 cored high (something or other)
If I go to 4 or 5 core, 1) will it fit in the origianl bracket and 2) will there be room for an eventual A/C system without the grill bumpout?

Also with the engine swap, can I drop the whole thing(engine/tranny/transfer case in as one piece without too much trouble?

remove the shift lever from the trans and it goes in nicely. Did the job by myself in a couple hours.

Just don't forget to unhood the speedo cable, parking brake cable, and wiring harness from the t-case. Its easy to miss the wires and speedo cable if you don't pull the floor boards.

the radiator/intercooler frame is pretty deep and should be able to handle a thicker core. its easy enough to move the locating pins on the bottom of the radiator if you need to move the radiator within the frame. Keep in mind that the fill hole @ the top is a fairly tight angled fit. This is truly Pendys area. His stuff is very well thought out.
