R380 Lateral Runout

So it has been a long couple days. I have been trying to diagnose the reason for the clutch drag we are experiecing..
As such we pulled the tranny again, and measured the Runout of the input shaft. The in/out play was with in spec at only .02 where the manual says that is should be between .01 and .06.
Now we could not find a value or Spec for the lateral runout or axial play, but when measured we came up with a value of 1.5 mills. Not sure what tolorance is for this, Hope someone knows so that we can rule out wether i have a bent input shaft/ it is causing the clutch drag.

Input shaft radial play should not matter. The pilot bearing should be controlling the input shaft at the clutch.
