Quick Question on OBD

Bank 2 is passenger side, right? Threw a code on "catalyst efficiency" (P0430) and wasn't sure which side. I'm wondering if this is related to my replaced fuel pump over the summer as well. Cleared and have been driving for a couple of days with no problems.
