Wondering If A Cruise Control Unit Is Available For A 97 D-90, Automatic?

In addition to this after market unit and install instructions cruise control is available from the factory on current defenders.

Cruise control in mine wouldn't work. No way the mechanism could pull hard enough to get the throttle open to make it stay at freeway speeds. Very heavy foot works OK.

That rostra unit will work on a diesel injection pump with automatic. Very strong electic motor to set the cruise speed with.

You have to use a relay to supply a brake signal though if I remember. I have installed about 6 of them. Many on diesel LR's.
