Qt motor / engine mounts...anyone use them?

Going to be installing a set of the solid Qt motor / engine mounts, before I do anyone else have these installed? Any major cons? I know they can cause some vibrations, but reviews seem mixed...on Dweb seemed like it wasn't too bad for those that did installs. But anyone here with real feedback would be welcomed.

Also, anyone that did installs did you replace just the motor mounts or did you replace trans mounts too - and if so what did you replace them with?

I replaced the stock ones on my D1 with JAG V12 mounts. Larger diameter and more robust. I did notice and increase in vibrations transferred, not too bad though. For the TC the JAG's wouldn't work without notching them due to the larger diameter, so I just used stock ones.

Any idea on the part number for the jag mount? I heard that if you go the route you need to make sure all 4 match, though not sure if that's true. If I'm unhappy with the Qt's may go that route. Planning to maybe install in the morning so will report back.

I ordered jag V12 mounts from rock auto for my recent 4.2 build, they are 3x bigger than the stock rover mounts. I think they were 37$ delivered. If you look at the mount on the frame and engine, the Jag mount will cover them, almost hang off the sides.

I've had QT motor mounts on one of my 3.9s since 2006.
Only drawback is not having to buy motor mounts for that truck any more.

I only did motor mounts, reg mounts on trans end.

Ok these got put in this morning..,and they're awesome. Barely any noticeable vibration difference....a little in maybe 2nd/3rd if I'm putting my foot in it, but I really doubt that anyone but me would even notice.

For posterity (since I had these questions) the "cup" side goes towards the chassis, the block side goes towards the engine. Qt logo goes down. Here's a pic of the driverside from underneath and the passenger side also from underneath:
