they make cut off wheels specifically for aluminum. I have used them and they cut like Butter

I would think the rounded corners would be hard to do with a cut off wheel.

I'd cut the corners with a holesaw and then connect the holes with a jigsaw. I have a 110 apart in the shop right now with the windows out. If you want a tracing of the hole or dimensions of the hole, I can do that.

The hole will be the same, but the location will be different between a 90 and a 110.
