PUSSY on top of my truck!!!

So how do I keep the cat off the soft top...short of killing the thing? The boss would be pretty upset if this thing comes up injuried! Any suggestions would be great....

There is a SCAT pad that comes in a couple sizes. They are used for chairs and furniture. Run off a 9 volt battery and will give them a minor shock so they won't step on it. The behavior will be modified quickly and then you don't need the battery and soon you won't need the pad. You could give the cat an alternate perch while your doing this - something he will go to instead of you car.

I've got a 100% success rate with anti-cat chili powder.

Cats do not like to walk on anything prickly. Go to home depot and buy some astro turf. PUt it around the area you park your truck and they will not aproach it to jump on it. Leave at least two feet around the truck and they will not have enough room to jump up. That or lay some very light fabric strips on the roof and hood so that when they jump up and put their claws out to get grip what they land on falls to the ground. It will scare them and they will stop jumping up on hood(assumuming the hood is where they get to the roof,or from the spare). You have to lay the fabric so more is going down than up so when they land it falls down if that makes sense but it works.

Cost by best friend like 3 grand when he did a coolant service on his 1970 Olds 442 and left the bucket of coolant in his garage and the family lab drank a bunch of it. The vet bill was 6 times what the dog cost him.

Reverse Psycology...Every time you can, pick up the cat and put the cat on the truck, when the cat gets off, put it back. Do this a few times and the cat will not go anywhere near the truck.

Is it your cat? If not, find its owner and tell them you have a coolant leak in one of your cars. They will keep the cat confined or they are mean and stupid.

This tactic has kept the yappy dogs out of my back yard.

My cats bring me snakes, lizards, and rats almost every day. If I put snakes on the roof it would attract them
