This is the difference.

I am also thinking of adding the 130 style to my 110. Did any one tried this already? I think it gives the 110 a cleaner look.

The puma is the same as Td5, and very late 300's (I always thought it was the same as NAS as well??) with a screw on lid, as opposed to the 2 prong twist-through-180-degrees earlier type.

The later type is no good if you want to fill from jerrycans.... you can't get an extendable filler tube for them like the earlier ones.... and using a can clamp on spout takes ages to fill!

Regular generic GM caps fit them too....the LR locking caps are junk......had to drive 30 miles to rescue my wife when she couldn't remove the cap on her Puma....went straight to the parts store and got a GM cap and threw the LR one in the trash....

Ok thanks for the info. And the 130 style one? With the Rubber insert?
Anyone tried that?

Jeroen,

Not sure what you are trying to do but I had the older style ('83) filler neck I was trying to fit to a 2008 diesel tub. The hole size are not the same. I had to enlarge the hole in the newer tub to fit my older filler.

So you did not like the newer style filler? Well i was thinking of upgrading my filler to a 130 style. I like the look of the 130 style. I have seen it on a 110 before and it looked cool. But if it is to much work i keep the old one.

To be honest no. I see too many people trying to make their trucks look newer. Nothing wrong with that, I find the older look more appealing.
