Old Man Emu calls for 751 springs in the front of a Defender 90 and 764 springs in the rear. Rovers North Changes that up a bit for the heavy duty kit and uses the 762 rear springs that are progressive rate. Yes they are a little shorter free length but they are a stiffer rate spring using a larger wire diameter so it results in a lift.

Most OME springs are pretty close to the free length of spring Land Rover used.

If you have a TDI under the bonnet that engine is approximately 70lbs heavier than the 3.9 v8. I have always had good luck using the Old Man Emu 767 front springs if you are also adding a bull bar. The ride is not harsh as that is usually down to the shocks. The 767 or 2767 as they all have the number 2 in the new part numbers are for a Defender 110 front.

OME springs are handed

Spacers are a quick fix. If the springs are sagging due to load the spacers will not help in the long run.

The hd in back would obviously be higher than medium, right.
I kinda liked the simple spacer under the front spring perch.
Yes the Tdi is heaver than the V-8 by about 133 pounds, if my math is correct. The 3" RTE springs work very well to give you a 2" lift if you have the 2" springs on the rear. The spring will also give you a little bit more articulation as compared to the spacer.
