Looks like ARB with flare (see office space). Looks like better clearance though.

Looks like a poser bumper. Are those 4 bolts keeping the winch from ripping through the front of the bumper?

Looks like a Sheep bumper or something...the ends stick out too far and the bar is too close to the headlight area ...
