Power steering hose diamter and fitting spec request

I'm in the process of moving my power steering reservoir from the passenger side to the driver side and will be making up new lines. Does anyone know the hose size as well as the fitting size from the steering box back to the reservoir? I know it's std. inverted flare but I don't know much more than that. I'm putting in an order from some other bits and would love to order this as well.

I'm eager to hear about hoses and fittings, too. I
have everything to replace the manual steering on my 90 except for the hoses.

Bump it up.

I finally have my steering pump back and ready to start assembly. I'm thinking I will end up taking the lines to a hydraulic shop and have them use the original fittings.

That's what I did. Ask them to put in a swivel fitting to make everything line up easier:
