Power steering fluid for 1995 NAS D90

What are guys using? The workshop manual calls for AFT type F, AB says to use DEXRON 3...
I can't find either locally, only DEX 4...
This is for a 1995 NAS D90

Cheers...

I've been told it should be ATF ... I've run both.

Castrol type F should be available at Advance Auto, that's where I get mine from.
