What are the replacement options? Just take it and buy the 200$ Genuine replacement?

There has GOT to be some sort of hose made for somethig that could replace the stocker. What is it 3.5" air hose, mild vacuum, mild temperature duty?

Id do a bit of research for sure before shelling out $200 for two feet of cloth hose. . . .If I needed to replace mine.. : )

www.mcmaster.com Tons of hose and tubing of all materials, silicone, pvc, gum rubber, you name it. In all sizes, I even found one variety stocked in metric sizes, all available by the foot.. you're looking at $5 to $25 a foot for these. Dig around, let us know!

I will look into this. My truck is in the shop and "they" said my intake hose was split which I find sort of hard to believe. Thanks for the webpage I am going to call them and I will report back.

You might take a look at http://www.skidim.com/prodinfo.asp?number=MPI252-3120

Its marine exhaust hose used in boats. There are several different types on that site. The corrugated stuff might bend enough to make it fit.You might find a better online selection at boatfix.com, boatus.com , or westmarine.com

The idea just hit me reading the post. Been in boating mode for the summer so the 90 hasn't gotten much attention. :-(

Just a thought. However, the RN hose sounds like a better idea. I just like to tinker i guess.
