You could always get Shane at Rover Hybrids to make you some external mounts. I think he makes them that will fit 10, 12, and 14 inch shocks. I think he said the 10inch shock mounts will fit without cutting. I got the 14 because I wanted to run 14s on all 4 corners. I was a little against cutting the inner fender wall (and did a hack job at it too!) but I got used to it. I need to patch the holes up with some sort of high temp rubber sheet.

The one plus side is that you can get to your shock very easy if you need to replace it since it it outside the spring.

They're a nice mount! I don't make them any longer though, The Disco 2 tower works very well and is cheap so that is what I use now.
