parking brake

So my parking brake was stuck no a cold morning... and my truck also... So I wiggled it a little. There was a funny sound from my parking brake... sounded like a bolt breaking or something... I backed out of my parking, a little friction for a few fee, then fine... but no more parking brake...

Something broke, but I'm not sure what to replace or where to look. I'm pretty sure i would like to have a working parking brake at some point.

Suggestions ?

Thank you.

Take it apart, see where it failed and replace the part, or if you're feeling flush with money

It is an easy fix. Takes about 2 hours. Just follow the manual. Remember to mark the driveshaft when you unbolt it so you can bolt it up the same way when you put it back together.

I just ordered the disk brake conversion today: 280GBP. I received notification that is was now available... so I went ahead. There is one left if you're interested.
